Extreme Room Makeover...West Coast Edition

This weekend went by so fast!

Saturday morning we raced out the door to head over to the other side of the state to Robin's to help make a plain white bedroom a teenage haven of pink and green. For such a short amount of time...we really got alot done. We painted all the walls, hung new curtains, moved all the furniture around and even had time to give Christopher a new bed after we dismantled the bunkbeds.

Cooper played so hard yesterday and with all the work Rob and I did...today we are exhausted and sleep the day away!

Since it's Robin's birthday tomorrow and we will be in Tampa for the day helping paint/decorate Hope's room while celebrating Robin's birthday...I thought I'd brag a bit on her daughter, my niece Britany.

Maybe it's all the Olympic coverage I have been watching, maybe it's knowing how talented she is and how proud I am of her....these pictures of Britany at her last Air Force Academy Gymnastics Meet

Green Meadows Petting Farm

Today we had a great day at Green Meadows Petting Farm in Kissimmee. The weather was amazing and Cooper loved every single thing we did.

We did so much!

Cooper rode a horse:

Got caught in a herd of sheep

We chased (and caught!) chickens:

Went on a hay ride:

Milked cows!

Went on a train ride:

I did a TON of photography :)








Oh....and I got nibbled on by a goat!

We've been sick around here for the last week. It seems to want to linger and not go away. But...we are still celebrating Valentines day. Cooper did some craft picture frames for Nana/Papa and Grammie...he now loves to paint!

Every word out of his mouth these days is "MINE" so ..welcome to the 2's! haha

We registered him for his preschool next year and he loved it when he went for the visit "Mine School!!" and cried to leave. I hope that keeps up come August.

His future's so bright...he's gotta wear shades!

We've had a busy busy weekend so far! Today is Rob's birthday :) Happy Birthday Honey! 21 with 20 years experience :) xooxox

Cooper and I also went to the zoo to celebrate Nolan's 5th birthday. It was such a beautiful day on Saturday and Cooper had so much fun with the other kids. He loves them all so much! Rob and I had date night last night (thanks Mom!) and went to dinner and saw "The Blind Side". GREAT movie by the way. Anyway...enjoy all the pic below.

We are off to a nice quiet day and then to Jake's for a Super Bowl party!
