Orlando
What a great day! We visited with Auntie Robin, Christopher and Colin at their Disney hotel for a while and had a great visit. It was truely nice to spend some good quality time with them and catch up. Cooper loved watching Christopher play and Christopher was happy to watch Cooper from afar...not too sure of this younger cousin of his! Too cute. I know Robin caught better pictures on her camera so be sure to check out her blog later this week, once they return from their Disney vacation.
Then since we were in Orlando...we went to IKEA. Good LORD that store is AMAZING. We don't have one and I have never been to one but I was crazy wanting to buy up things to organize our lives with. We got out of there only $10 spent so we were very proud of ourselves...we needed nothing. It was a "recon mission" Rob called it...for us to get a lay of the land and find out what was there. Even Rob had a ball going into the little set up kitchens, houses etc. Cooper slept most of the time. We don't need one more thing for this house or anymore projects and I think I was too overwhelmed the first time in there to do any real damage. There is always a next time!

Saturday fun
Seems our new weekend routine is swim, swim and swim some more. Cooper did a great job in the pool again today, we are loving this weather :) It's not too hot and perfect to spend time outside.

Best Toy Ever
Baby Food Jar lids! Cooper is having a ball. We will one day graduate to tupperware and pots and pans, but we are starting out small. I LOVE this picture because #1- you can see from the mess he just started figuring out he can spit the food back in our faces and he laughes when he does it and #2- Finally I see a bit of me in Cooper with the big cheeks and the hint of a dimple or two :)

Pool, Park and Paint
We have had a great few quiet days at home this weekend and you know that means we can't sit still!
This weekend we took Cooper to the park (as you can see from my big mouth I had more fun on the slide than Cooper), he tried out Brody's old pool float and Rob painted the garage and driveway that as you can see, so desperately needed it.

7 months old
Wow....seems like 7 months old is the magic age for Cooper. He is sitting up on his own, babbling up a storm, eating all kinds of fruits and veggies and taking 2 great naps a day and sleeping all night from 8pm to anywhere from 5-8am. He has one tooth really popping up now on the bottom and it looks like the one next to it will soon follow.
He also can manuver from sitting up to the crawl position and I fear he will be on the move faster that I would like :)

New Game
Rob and Cooper have come up with a new game where Rob falls on the bed and Cooper laughs so hard he gets the hiccups. As usual, when he sees me, the giggling stops. But you get the point here.
PS- Rob wanted me to tell my readers the music in the background is my company's conference call hold music and not 70's porn music...as he refers to it. LOL :)

Uncle Jim and Dennis
It was so nice to see Jim and Dennis again! They are down from NY for Dennis' spring break and boy did we realize how much we miss spending time with them!
They of course got to meet Cooper for the first time. We all met at Downtown Disney (my favorite meeting spot from my friends coming from the Tampa area) and had a nice lunch at Fulton's Crab House. It was a terrible day weather wise since we now have a bit of a cool snap and no sun but it was a perfect day for catching up and eating!

Swimming
What a great weekend so far. Cooper and I met Aimee at PF Changs for lunch at the Mall of the Millenia and since he was such a good boy...Cooper got to go swimming for the first time! He was so good spending 2 hours in the car (1 hour there and back) and 2 hours in the stroller while I shopped. Rob had a ball telling him to kick and teaching him to swim. Enjoy!
I am a Miracle!
Thanks to my dear friend Anne and her mom, who one year ago this month, sent me this outfit for my new little bundle of joy!
I miss you and hope to see you soon xoxoxox

First Tooth
For all you Cooper fans out there....we have a tooth! Front tooth on the bottom right...very tiny but there for sure :) I think the one next to it is trying to pop up too, he is not smiling too much and has his hands in his mouth constantly. He has figured out the camera and stops all laughing or smiling as soon as he sees it...seems he is on to me.

Grant's Baptism Weekend
We had a great time visiting with friends and family this weekend. I feel totally wiped out today though, like a visiting "hangover" or something!
Grant is such a cutie and Cooper loved to visit with everyone, especially his cousin and little Brody too!
Mom and I saw a tooth popping up today! We hope to get a better look later but we hope Cooper has cut his first tooth :)

It's the most wonderful time....of the year!
I LOVE spring in Florida. March and April are always my favorite months of the year, the weather is so nice you are sure there is no better place on earth. With temps in the 70's and low 80's it's great to get outside and that is just what we have been doing. The pool looks amazing and we have begun swimming again. We got the flood lights fixed and has new LED colored lights installed for this summer's night swims.
For my lunch break yesterday I dove in...I have been working out of the porch since it's been so nice and I just couldn't resist.
I saw the weather was still cold in most parts of the north...sorry for you!
