Dino-mite! and other news not so great
On a totally opposite note...it has been a tiring week. Pop is now with hospice at the hospital and my Uncle is here from Texas. Thank God for modern medicine as I am not having any anxiety in the hospital as I had before now that I have been taking some meds. With my dad and Hope's passing in the last 2 years, hospitals and the death process is not something I have been handling well. This time around, with Pop at 91 years old with his heart failing, I feel more prepared. Death is never an easy thing to handle but watching someone in ICU knowing they have had a full healthy long life sure is easier then the other things I have been through recently. Also...like I said....God bless modern medicine and anti-anxiety drugs. I am not in full blown panic just hearing the beeps and noises like I was a few months ago....at least that is a positive thing.
Keep Pop and our family in your prayers.

Air Force send off
We enjoyed a lovely evening meeting Robin, Brit and Christopher half way between our homes at the Cheesecake Factory so we could say goodbye to Britany before she leaves for the Air Force. We had a nice evening of good food and good laughs.
We are so excited for her and so happy we got to see her one last time before she heads off to Colorado Springs. I know it meant the world to Rob to see her enter the Air Force....he couldn't be more proud.
And here's a pic of Cooper and Christopher...just because they are so darn cute and they were so good tonight!

First Words
Cooper has been a chatter box lately. Wonder where he gets that from?! He is always telling us he wants his "ba ba" and wants to go in the "pool" as he moves his arms in sign language for the pool. He is finally feeling better after a weekend of fever....some new teeth have popped up so I think it was the teeth that caused the fever.
Nothing else exciting around here...we have just been working and enjoying the long evenings in the pool :)
