Pop Pop and Nona Teddy Bear

Today I stopped by the Vitas Hospice office to pick up the teddy bears they made out of my grandparent's clothes. My mom had 3 made. One for Cooper, one for Grant and one for Grayson. I will surpise Kimmy and not show the ones for Grant and Grayson but here is Cooper's.

The blue fabric is from the dress my grandmother wore. The black from the dress she wore to Kimmy's wedding. The T Shirt is one of my Pop's bike riding race shirts.

Hope's clothes are still in a pile for this to be done for Nathan and Reese. It sends me over the edge of sadness to think of what her bears will looks like for the boys. Jake will do it one day...it's just still so hard.

All Boy

Today we spent a beautiful few hours at the beach.

The sun was warm and the sky was blue but there was still a bit of a cold breeze in the air.

Too cold even for the spring break tourists to go in the water.

We started out peacefully enjoying the weather. Cooper digging in the sand as we relaxed.

But then Cooper wanted to chase all the birds....

And then splash in the puddles and throw the wet sand all over....

And then....Chase me!

It was a great day :)

Introducing Grayson

Thursday?

Where did the week go? We've been so busy it's been going by so fast.

Rob and Cooper have been enjoying their time together while my mom is in Texas with Kimmy. They have been to the zoo, Sea World and all over Brevard.

Nothing is really new...Baxter is exhausted from Cooper bossing him around and following him everwhere. Today while it rained all day, Cooper got into my lotion and covered his head again. Good thing Rob grabbed the camera phone! LOL

We are ready for the weekend and hope to spend time outside again. It's been raining really hard and will do so again tomorrow but they say it will clear out by the weekend.

Sunday Funday

AHHHHH...I spent the whole weekend outside! It was so nice :)

Cooper and I planted a few flowers and even cleaned out the garage we were so inspired.

Baxter was outside all day too and this morning when I couldn't find Cooper and Baxty, they were in the playhouse out back. Baxter is thrilled you can tell. Ha!

I redecorated a bit in the kitchen with some old cooking magazines my grandma had. I found a shadow box at TJ Maxx that worked out perfectly.

We also got out buy some Easter treats too....with the top down on the Mustang of course :)

I hope this great weather stays all week :)

Welcome Grayson!

Yesterday at 9:30am my sister delivered a healthy 7lb baby boy! Congrats and welcome to the family Grayson!! xoxoxo

It seems like just yesterday when Grant was born!
