Mom and I spent the weekend refurbishing an old table we found in someone's garbage into my new living room console table to put behind the couch. It was in great shape after we sanded it, cleaned it and now...re-painted it.

One man's trash is another man's treasure...Good job! It turned out beautiful! I couldn't find bar stools for my house so I went to the Salvation Army got 3 stools for $40, recovered the seats, sanded them down, and repainted them. Total refurb bill was about $65 when I couldn't find 1 bar stool that I liked for under $135 each. ♥♥♥♥ Love a good find!!
BEAUTIFUL! A couple of weeks ago, I spotted a nice dresser out at the curb and said to Colin "oh, we should go back and get that!" he just laughed at me and then later that night (late) he was taking out our trash and some other people were pushing that dresser down the street past our house!!!
