Nathan turns 9, Cooper goes to work and I settle in

It's been a fun and busy couple of days. I am excited it's October and the holiday season is upon us.  We have so many fun activities planned, lots of family/friends weekends, I  love having my calendar booked with parties, gatherings and trips!
I finally feel like my "new life" is starting to settle in...it feels comfortingly familiar to my "old life". Pre and Post marriage. With the birth of Cooper sandwiched happily in the middle!

Last night we went to Nathan's birthday party. It's so nice that Cooper is older now and I don't have to freak out that he'll get run over, lost or swallow sometime at Jake's house.  The kids get along so well and take such good care of each other now...it's been so nice to witness their growth and relationships strengthen.

Can you believe this cake that Nathan's Aunt Esther made?  Amazing right????

On a side note, Cooper has been playing make believe for HOURS either by himself or with me.  Here's the newest clip of him "Going to work".

Enjoy and hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
